RUNNIN' WILD
I have frequently said that I would be verrrrry thin if I followed Brayden around everywhere and did every thing he did! His modes are go(run) and sleep. In fact, I have tested my theory a few times. Most people walk to the bathroom to brush their teeth, but not an almost two year old, they run. So on different occassions when I am feeling spry I put it to the test and trot after him. I haven't seen any results yet, but I guess I have to do it ALL the time to make it work. I just don't have the energy for that!
Okay now for the story you have been wanting to hear more about, yes I am expecting! My calculated due date is March 23rd, but we will see what the dr.'s official prediction is on August 10. We are very excited and celebrated when we shared the news with the Grandparents.
I didn't get to tell Buddy in a really unique way like I had wanted because I got busted before I could. I was putting off taking the test because I kept not really believing that it could be true and I hadn't gotten a chance to go to the store and get one. I kind of knew though already. Buddy, April, and I were going to see the Hangover and we were meeting for dinner first. If I wasn't such a lush I guess I may have not been busted, but I was. Buddy asked me what I wanted to drink and I said, "Water.' They both looked at me like I was crazy and April said, "You're pregnant, aren't you?" I have absolutely NO poker face, so I couldn't hide it. I told them it wasn't for sure yet. That night on the way to pick up B we stopped and got a test, it was positive and so was the next one the next day! YEAH!!! My sis called and I told her, but we didn't tell anyone else for almost two weeks. I planned to hold it a little longer, but I am not good at keeping my exciting, joyful news so I had to spill the beans. We made B the shirt and showed up at the restaraunt to share the good news with our parents. We only held out telling them a week and a half! Oh well! So margaritas, mexican food, and celebrations ensued (the grandmas got a little blitzed, they were so excited)!
